Removed Thinkpoint using Malwarebytes now Resident shield pop up ??

Hoping someone can help a newbie here so I found this forum and followed the instructions on how to remove Thinkpoint using Malwarebytes and now Thinkpoint is gone but now I keep getting a Resident Shield alert about Trojan and not accesible for removal. I dont think this Resident Shield alert is legit any ideas on how to help my computer

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  
• You may need to use two posts to get it all.
