Having a horrible time with Thinkpoint and Antimalware Doctor

I've been trying all kinds of different things to get rid of thinkpoint and Antimalware doctor.
First I've downloaded from PCTOOLS the antivirus and antimalware programs. I can't run it because it wants updates and It won't go to that site.
I've opened the computer with ctrl alt del when first booting and used the hotfix.exe to keep thinkpoint from loading. Still can't load the new software. I tried opening the computer in safe mode and deleting all the anti malware.exe files, but not sure if I am getting all of them? It still will not get the updates needed in order to run the new spydoctor. Am I missing something? Please help - Thanks

Please download OTL to your Desktop. (If you already have it downloaded, then just follow the instructions below).

• Double click on the icon to run it. Make sure all other windows are closed and to let it run uninterrupted.

• Click the Run Scan button. Do not change any settings unless otherwise told to do so. The scan wont take long.
  
  
  
  • When the scan completes, it will open two notepad windows. OTL.Txt and Extras.Txt. These are saved in the same location as OTL.
    
  • Please copy (Edit->Select All, Edit->Copy) and paste (Edit->Paste) the contents of these files, one at a time
