How can i get Thinkpoint off my laptop when i log on it goes to a blackscreen with a blue overlay windows icon in the upper corner Thinkpoint in the center and wants me to download a full version i cant log on at all i am using a friends system how can i get this crap off my sytem help!!!!!!!!!.....

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  
• You may need to use two posts to get it all.
  

I cant get to my desk top when i log on the black screen and blue Thinkpoint logo come up and thay want me to buy the full version so i dont see the desktop, i am contacting you from my friends PC help!!!.....

ThinkPoint can be rather difficult to remove.
