I can't believe I didn't notice it before, but the cause is you have a outdated Service Pack. You need to install Service Pack 3 from here: Windows update.

If the service pack isn't the problem it is ESET conflicting with something.

If that isn't it running chkdsk and sfc /scannow would also help to find any errors.

i think i have succeded to upgrade to SP3..

i will monitor the situation of my PC for a couple of days and if i encounter any disturbance i will run "chkdsk and sfc /scannow" as your advice..
