Thinkpoints driving me crazy

i have this thinkpoint problem like a lot of people seem to have, but nothings working for me, i cant get my task manager to appear, alls i get after running the thinkpoint scan is a big black screen, i have tried everything i've seen on the internet, command prompts but i dont know what to do with them, im not really good on computers and desperatly need my laptop back for college work,

Hello.

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  
• You may need to use two posts to get it all.
