W32. ramnit!inf/Html removal help

Hello,

I'm not very experienced with computers. So bare with me. Norton Anti-Virus's Auto-Protect seems to be picking up on both of the listed viruses in the title (W32.ramnit!inf./html.). Norton says it successfully removed the virus, but I get another pop up a few minutes later. Was wondering how I could remove them?

Been searching online, and everyone is pointing towards reformatting? How would one do this from a laptop? Is this my only option?

Download OTL.exe by OldTimer to your Desktop.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe.
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted.
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  
• You may need to use two posts to get it all.
