Hello,

Go to C:\Windoows\Minidump and there you'll find few files with DMP extension upload them to some File Sharing website and post the links there.

Hello,

Seems like the Dumps are pointing to Ndis.sys it's a Network related Driver. I would suggest to reinstall the Network Driver. Then follow this article and apply the Hotfix http://support.microsoft.com/kb/818326 . Uninstall Security software like Norton, McAfee etc. if any.

If still it crashes the report back we have to Enable the Driver Verifier

Bugcheck:

Code:

KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000008e)
This is a very common bugcheck.  Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem.  Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003.  This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG.  This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG.  This will let us see why this breakpoint is
happening.

a bit busy to try it i'll try it tomorrow due to it being beginning of weekend for me (off Friday) and i'll have time i'll update you guys on how it goes once im done tryin

EDIT:
all right I did step one had some extra time but for the hotfix how do I know what Platform I have? IM running Windows XP Pro. SP3 32Bit

2choices are i386 and ia64

EDIT Again XD:
I Went with the I386 one cause I did research and I believe thats the one I need, so now getting Hotfix then will try it again

EDIT:
Had to make another FlashDrive this one won't boot even thou I made it the same way so it kinda annoys me I try and try to get it to boot but nothin I also just got the Bluescreen of death while tryin to surf the web it was Win32K.sys something along those lines is all I caught so not sure if thats related to the changes I have just made

When I go to boot options I can boost from USB when I do so it says hit F1 to continue or F2 for Setup I click F1 o boot the USB and then it freezes stayin at the screen sayin hit F1 and I cant hit F2 or nothin I can restart it thats it
Now if I go to boot order under Bios it doesn't even show USB it only says CD-DvD(Uninstalled) and then HardDrive so for some reason my USB doesn't show under that(Not sure if it did before)

Hello,

As I mentioned before did you update the Network Drivers ? If not do so. In your BIOS reset everything to default settings and try it.
