Hello.
Hmm, crash caused by ntoskrnl.exe.
Lets do some cleaning up first.
I see that you are running
µTorrent.
P2P(Peer to peer) applications are designed to help you easily share and distribute files between you and a group of people. But they can also be used to distribute malware, and thus are not considered safe.
The removal of these programs is optional, but
highly recommended.
Go to
Start >
Control Panel >
Add/Remove Programs and remove the following programs.
µTorrent
Java(TM) 6 Update 20
Updating Java:
- Download the latest version of Java SE Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 Update 22.
- Click the "Download JRE" button to the right.
- In the Window that opens, select your platform, check the "agree" box, and click Continue.
- Click on the link to download Windows Offline Installation and save to your desktop.
- Close any programs you may have running - especially your web browser.
- Then from your desktop double-click on jre-6u22-windows-i586.exe that you downloaded to install the newest version.
Your VLC Player also needs updating.
Download and install
VLC Player 1.1.4When installing, it will ask if you want to uninstall the old version first before it can install the new version, so please select
yes and allow it to install.
TFC(Temp File Cleaner):
- Please download TFC to your desktop,
- Save any unsaved work. TFC will close all open application windows.
- Double-click TFC.exe to run the program.
- If prompted, click "Yes" to reboot.
Note: Save your work. TFC will automatically close any open programs, let it run uninterrupted. It shouldn't take longer take a couple of minutes, and may only take a few seconds. Only if needed will you be prompted to reboot.
Let me know if the bluescreen happens again.
