Win/32 Cryptor Virus. Pleas help!

Hi i'm new here.

For the past about 5 months I've suddenly had about 80-100 cryptor viruses. One day i did a scan and i had nothing, the next. i do a scan and i have about 100 viruses (ALL cryptor) and i can't get rid of them. It's stop Windows media player from working, MSN, IE, stopped me from using different anti virus software and also makes my computer restart itself nearly 3 times in a row nearly every week.

So far i've only got AVG free 9 working, Everything else i've downloaded and tried to install will not work. Now i'm getting pretty sick of this. I've tried to find other ways to getting rid of them and they don't work. So i've found here i REALLY hope that the people here can get rid of them, because if not i'm getting a new computer. BTW I CAN NOT WIPE THE COMPUTER cos i've lost the cd and can not find it at all. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Reply soon. thank you

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  
• You may need to use two posts to get it all.
  

Ok, I've download it and tried to use it, I did what you said. download it to the desktop and click Run Scan, It did that for a few seconds then just disappeared without it saying it had an error or anything, and i can't start it back up again. This has happened to most of the anti-virus software i've downloaded and tried to use aswell since i've had the viruses.

• Please Download Rkill.com. Save it to your Desktop.

• Please be patient while the program looks for various malware programs and ends them.
  
• When it has finished, the black window will automatically close and you can continue with the next step.
  

NOTE: If you get a message that rkill is an infection, do not be concerned. This message is just a fake warning given by the rogue program, when it terminates programs that may potentially remove it. If you run into these infections warnings that close Rkill, a trick is to leave the warning on the screen and then run Rkill again. By not closing the warning, this typically will allow you to bypass the malware trying to protect itself so that rkill can terminate the rogue program. So, please try running Rkill until the malware is no longer running. You will then be able to proceed with the rest of the steps.

If you continue having problems running rkill.com, you can download:
iExplore.exe or eXplorer.exe
which are renamed copies of rkill.com, and try them instead.
