Anti malware doctor removal

hi,

i am having difficulty removing anti malware doctor from my laptop. I can only open my computer in safe mode at the moment because when i open it normally within seconds i receive a pop up that says "windows has encountered a critical problem and will restart automatically in one minute. please save your work now." I have tried a malware bytes scan but was unsuccessful.

Any help would be much appreciated, it is driving me crazy.

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  
• You may need to use two posts to get it all.
