Password won't work after windows update

I just moved in to my dorm and I was trying to get wifi. I was told I needed to do a windows update so I did. After I restarted the computer it says invalid password everytime I attempt to log in. I would like to avoid going to best buy since I am without transportation.

By any chance, have you run Spybot lately?

I took it to best buy and they took care of it.

I did not run spybot recently...

What did they do?

Geek Squad ran a program to crack and reset the password.
