acid3 test is more like a test for ur browser in regarding things like image rendering, javascript excuting and css excuting speed. It is immposible to pass because they want programmers to able to future improve the browser even furture. I only know that opera acid3 build is able to pass the acid3 test.

Maybe you're using Firefox 2.x version??
The 3rd version of firefox gets around 70 score.

noscript probably blocking everything.

Google Chrome got 79/100.

yup...i use to like IE but then it was advised to me that firefox is better...so i'm a firefox fan now

yep, opera 10A, i tried and scored a pass.

hmmm....i tried it using opera and scored 85/100 but then there was a fail word on the upper left corner. so does this mean that the greater the numerator the weaker the browser?

Try Opera 10A, u will see a pass=P

92/100 with FF 3.6.3
100/100 with Chrome
13/100 and a huge mess on the screen with IE 8.0

I got a 100/100 on Chrome.

I got 94/100 on my first try with FX.
