Best antivirus / antimalware / antispyware for Win7 64bit?

I would like to know what are the best antivirus / antimalware / antiadware solutions to use on a computer running the Windows 7 operating system with 64 bits. I have never run a 64 bit computer before in my entire life. I am also utterly clueless about what antivirus solutions even work with Windows 7. Thanks in advance.
