Hoping that someone is able to help here, I am 42% into restoring my acer 5920 to factory setting using the backup disks i created when first starting the laptop but the 2nd disc of 2 will not read. Instead, when putting the disk in when asked, it just pops out and asks for the next disk. During the process, I lost power and the reformatting got stopped at 42% so boots to a black screen. I have changed the boot order to start with the cd rather than HDD to allow the 1st backup disk to work (disk is not executable on startup) but i cannot get past this problem of the 2nd disk to complete the recovery.
