Hello,

If someone could offer me some advice before I commence on the usual procedure described in the "Read this before posting" thread then that would be much appreciated. I have started a Malwarebytes quick scan but it is going incredibly slowly (50 hours have passed now and is probably about half way through). Should I leave the scan going or is there something else I should do? Spybot S&D found Vundo before this, and Avast crashed during the removal procedure and Malwarebytes found trz###.tmp files in system32 and has now found unp####.tmp files in an avast folder. On the one hand I don't want to quit a scan that has been going for 50 hours, but on the other hand I don't want to waste any more time if it is going to be fruitless.

Thanks,

T
