Hi,
If this message is bugging you, or you want more help .. click on the "open action center" button on the pop-up message you get. once the action center opens up, you may click "Turn off messages about Windows Backup" to avoid viewing such messages further on. If you need help about what is backup and how to back up .. on the bottom left corner of the action center you just opened, click on Backup and restore. On this window, on the extreme top right corner you will see a blue ? (question mark sign). Click on that for getting step by step instructions or help from Microsoft!

well then, you may be able to backup in the "one more" drive that you are talking about. If this is an external drive better. If it is internal disk but physically separate from where windows is installed, even then it is better. If you partitioned the hard drive, you can back up here but there is a chance of deleting this while formatting for a new Operating system or formatting etc.

But should i back up, when this message pops up every time?

Is it really needed to be backed up?

is it really needed.. depends on you. Do you want your data to be backed up in case of virus or other data corruption?
You can back up whenever you want.
