I'm running Vista 64 on a Dell laptop. It's only affecting one of my user accounts. If I switch users to a second account I have full use of everything. I tried doing a full scan MSE and Malwarebytes but it had no affect. I can't run either program within the affected account nor can I access the internet with that account.
