Internet explorer hijacked

Hi
I have a problem with Internet explorer. When I start it up it finds my home page ok but then crashes back to desktop or the page I am viewing switches to a foreign website. I get a report from RUBotted that states ( BOT FOUND ) and to clean with Housecall which I do but it finds nothing. Can you help me sort this out please?.
