Hello Smile...
I have a problem with reformatting/upgrading
Im currently running Windows 7 Ultimate, But recently it got deactivated because apparently my version was unactivated and have to activate my operating system.
And dont have the money to activate it so i ask my friend for his brand new official CD, which he did not need
...
So i put the CD in and boot it from CD
and then pressed F10 or whatever xD i forgot haha...
Yeah and then the black screen comes up and says
"Press any key to boot from CD or DVD" or something along those lines Open Grin
As i did what i was told ...
I hit any random key, but once i did...this error came up
"The file is possibly corrupt. the file header checksum does not match the computed checksum"

Yeah thats my error >< and i cant reformat/upgrade my operating system...
But i can still use my laptop

So , can you guys help me with this error? >< ...
Thanks very much

Hi,
I have some bad news for you. Your problem is caused by corrupted RAM memory or bad Hard Disc sector. Can you install your old Windows again ? If you still got same error, than you have problems as i told you. Also, check if your friend's DVD are workable or just some bad copy of Windows.
