HI! My pc needs help or I need help, my pc was infected with a fake anti virus, I run mal ware software and work better, but now lost IE won't load, FIREfox works just fine, have errors like 1706, try to used some idea that iI read from forums but a can run nothing (I GO TO START type run and open but when I click ok I can see it load but only one second and desapear,have msimg32.dll errors.lost xoffice xp prosfessional to. Please help my I don't know what to do .

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

  • Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  • Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  • It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  • You may need to use two posts to get it all.
