"Trojan.JS.Redirector.cg" error on my website. PLEASE help!

Complete message from Kaspersky (below) shows up on every page on the website.
"Loading object: http://holasionweb.com/oo.php, containing Trojan program Trojan.JS.Redirector.cd Detected"

please help! how can this be removed? is there a virus on the hosted site which is showing this on every page?
i recently fired my webmaster, could he have done something?

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  
• You may need to use two posts to get it all.
