Hello, All!

I am glad to find this site! One of our computers is terribly infected and we can't figure out what to do about it! From what I gather, it is a virus intended to make us purchase Spyware Protect 2009. I am unable to install either AVG or Avira software. I can't open the control panel or perform a search. A viagra site keeps popping up. I am told I have a Win32/Nuquel.E threat or a BankerFox.A, and I understand there is no such thing. I just can't move forward, as these pop-ups are blocking everything. I hope for some help, and thank you in advance.

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  
• You may need to use two posts to get it all.
  

Thank you, OldTimer. It turns out that a Windows function isolated the virus and I was able to get rid of it. I just now saw your message. Thank you for responding.
