HELP! I believe it's antivirus pro again!

I've received this virus/spyware or whatever in the past, but safely removed it with rkill and MalwareBytes. I was infected again with this, but had copyright violation law also. I removed the copyright violation law because it was easy to remove under add/remove programs. I'm currently in safe mode with network. I finally accessed my desktop and "Start" menu when I got rid of the copyright violation. I try running rkill or malware and it won't let me saying the program is infected. I see the virus/spyware in the tool bar in the bottom and popups keep occuring randomly. I can't run malwarebytes because it says its infected nor the task manager. I'm currently in safe mode with network access running Kaspersky Virus Removal. Do you have any suggestions? thank you in advance.

Oh on a side note, I did run malwarebytes in safe mode and found infected files. I removed them, but it still comes up when I run windows normally.

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  
• You may need to use two posts to get it all.
