money stealer

i bought 2 iPods on amazon, 16gb for 199.99 each.
it was a counterfeit.
i cant believe it.
i called amazon, they said they can't do anything.
i went to best buy, and they told me theres nothing i can do.
over there, a 16gb was 179.99
I CANT BELIEVE IT.
this sucks.
life sucks.
oh well, i learned a lesson.

What do you mean counterfeit? Did you get a fake iPod?

Hmmm... That can't be. Call up Apple and see if they can help. I don't think Amazon sells fake products. Or are you referring to the higher price Amazon offered?

@ Doctor Inferno: Yes, I did ask Apple, and they told me if there was no return phone number or address, we couldn't do anything, and everything was counterfeit starting from structure to device's hardware/apps/etc. Amazon is, I don't know, they must have not seen this one. :[

@ Belahzur: it has been confrimed that the counterfeit mp3's were only 2gb. :0
