My daughter in law is totally pc illerterate. she's picked up a nasty little thing on face book that's sending links and has installed something called Total PC Security, which is a trojan within it's self it appears. Unfortunately she didn't let me know she had a problem until she's so infected that it's blocking all attempts to load antimalware and antispyware fixes, it's even got the regedit blocked and due to the ISP she's using, it won't connect in safe mode with networking. I need help getting her out of the mess she's gotten herself into. I could sure use some help!
