Tonight a piece of malware loaded itself onto my laptop (despite the Avast Professional Version of antivirus software I purchased last year). It attempted to disable the Avast, and I clicked "NO," but I think that clicking anywhere on this thing was a BIG mistake. I cannot turn it off -- it will not allow me to open any intenret browser b/c it keeps popping up this bogus "malware detected" screen. It loaded a bunch of tiny pornographic pictures onto the desktop, and when I tried to remove them, the popups went CRAZY! What do you suggest I do to remove this, and also, how the HECK to I get a hold of someone from Avast, to assist me with this? HELP!
