System freeze when drag and drop

Hi

Every time when I try and Drag and drop files into a folder either on the desktop or in Explorer, my system freezes.
I can terminate the Explorer process and re-load it from the task manager, but not everything loads up properly, so I tend to do a re-boot.

I have run all the usual scans advised..

Any info would be appreciated.
