I've tried to run my internet and other programs in normal mode and a window pops up saying wuauclt.exe cannot run or skypenames.exe cannnot run its infected. I restarted the computer in safe mode and ran a hijack scan and these are the items that came up. Where do I go from now to make my computer work?
