Bankerfox.a & win32/nuqel.e

I am having trouble opening up files a warning message keeps popping up every time i try to open it.. the message says that the application cannot be executed and the file is infected.. i tried to install AVG anti virus and mcAfee but i am unable to run them...messages and web pages repeadtedly pop up..how do i remove this?

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  
• You may need to use two posts to get it all.
  

I downloaded OTL to my desktop but when I double click on OTL.exe the security warning message pops up again and the otl application closes.. it reads: "Application cannot be executed. The file otl.exe is infected. Do you want to activate your antivirus sofware now?"

also another message that reads: "Application cannot be executed. The file msfeedssync.exe is infected. Do you want to activate your antivirus sofware now?" repeatedly pops up even when I am not opening any files or applications..

Hello.
Rename OTL.exe to explorer.exe and see if it will run now.
