Can someone reccomend me a good IT webcast?

Hi
Anyone out there watch a good IT webcast that they can recommend? I used to watch something from the BBC in England called Click. It was really cool: talked about current issues, news, innovations etc. in IT. But now they seem to have put loads of restrictions on it for people watching it from outside the UK. Or perhaps someone can advise me on how to use a proxy server to watch it!!!!
