Hello, I seem to be infected with Antivirus Pro. I have tried running malwarebytes like the guide suggests, and did not find the problem. I have tried to delete the registry entrys, and it tells me that they cannot be deleted completely. I have also tried a system restore, and that didnt work either. I am not sure what to do, and any help would be great. thanks.

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

  • Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  • Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  • It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  • You may need to use two posts to get it all.
