Can surf the web but cant play online games

Hey guys - this is my 1st time posting here as after much research seems you lot seem to know the best about these types of problem, here goes:

I currently have a dls modem connected to my wireless router.

I have 2 PCs in the house at all times and others that come round. My laptop that is wireless is on Windows 7 and my desktop which is hard-wired to the router is Windows XP SP3

Now the other day i changed my ISP

Here's the catch - I can browse the web and download at the maximum speed, but, I cannot play any online games, well that is a lie, I can play online games but for a maximum of 10minutes and then i get a disconnected from server message.

The games i have tried are: World of Warcraft, Counter Strike, Call of Duty:Modern Warfare 2.

This happens on both systems.

Once i get disconnected it is possible to reconnect straight away there is no sort of lag or anything.

I have spoken with the new ISP - they are reporting everything is fine, of course i can d/l and browse the web. Before i changed everything was fine on this setup.

I have checked logs, the internet connection does not break at any point.

I can download for prolonged periods of time - i downloaded a large file the other day and I had a connection with no problem for the full 50minutes it was downloading.

Please please please can someone help, or give me something i can take back to the ISP.

Could it be a wiring issue this is a new house and i havent spent any time re wiring yet

Please try the following so I can see the security setup of your computer. This will help to know what can be blocking it.

Download Security Check by screen317 from SpywareInfoforum.org or Changelog.fr.

• Save it to your Desktop.
• Double click SecurityCheck.exe and follow the onscreen instructions inside of the black box.
• A Notepad document should open automatically called checkup.txt; please post the contents of that document.

Open Kaspersky Internet Security 2010, and click the Online Activity button on the screen.

Then, click the Web Antivirus button.

On the left, you will see a series of selections for Security profiles.

Click Gaming Profile. Then, put a check next to Enable Gaming Profile.

Finally, click Apply. Then, OK. Exit out the remaining windows by clicking the X at the top right or clicking the close button on the bottom right.

Then, try to play a game and see if this works.

But by the looks of it, it is something to do with the ISP as coming on at this time (23:00) I stayed connected for 30minutes rather than less than 10 which had always happened during peak times.

Call your Internet Service Provider (ISP) and see if it is a network problem. There may be a lot of things wrong, such as:

-Issues with the line from your home to the service station.
-Issues with the service quality, which may be overload on a network.
-Ethernet cable is bad.
-Router / modem is of poor quality or is dying.
-Line running in to your house is damaged.
-Too much interference, if on a wireless network.

All of these are ideas you may want to bring up with your ISP.

Ok just want to confirm some information before shouting at the phone company. After semi leaving the problem, mix of work, and playing and searching and arguments with the ISP saying it isnt there problem. I came across a 3 year old forum that said do some traces and see if it drops so i done 4 different traces to WoW login, a local CS server, google and a Voip server. And i got the following results
