how to remove "Antivirus Soft"

my desktop is attacked by a virus what I understand is "Antivirus Soft" which has captured my computer so badly as not allowing to access any program
it is repeated poped up that u are under spyware attack

It automatically shut down the program which is tried to open

please guide me how to get rid of it

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  
• You may need to use two posts to get it all.
