VISTA INTERNET SECURITY 2010 WON'T GO AWAY ... HELLLLPPP! =(

This is really annoying me now!
It's stopped me from surfing the Internet, Block most of my applications and has infected other accounts on the laptop.
I'm using Windows Vista and REALLY REALLY need to get rid of this ASAP. I have docs that NEED completing and printing!

Please, can someone help??

• Download Link #1.
  
• Save it to your Desktop.
  
• Double click the RKill desktop icon.
  If you are using Vista please right click and run as Admin!
  
• A black screen will briefly flash indicating a successful run.
  
• If this does not occur please delete that application and download Link #2.
  
• Continue process until the tool runs.
  
• If the tool does not run from any of the links tell me about it.

• Double click on the icon to run it. Make sure all other windows are closed and to let it run uninterrupted.
  
• Under the Custom Scan box paste this in

• Click the Quick Scan button. Do not change any settings unless otherwise told to do so. The scan wont take long.
  
  
  
  • When the scan completes, it will open two notepad windows. OTL.Txt and Extras.Txt. These are saved in the same location as OTL.
    
  • Please copy (Edit->Select All, Edit->Copy) the contents of these files, one at a time
