Virus related or not?

Last night, I had posted this topic explaining I was having trouble with YouTube, Yahoo, and other sites.

Kept telling me that this driver (msvcr80.dll) was messed up, so I downloaded it from the DLL website and put it in the Windows folder, still nothing. I tried to run a C++ Redistributable Package... it did nothing. I even tried to do a system restore for anywhere between a couple days back to two weeks ago and it hasn't changed anything.

In bold above was dubbed as "Nasty" so I got rid of it. But I still get the same thing. Can anybody figure out what might be going on or if I may have missed something? Thanks. And Happy Valentine's Day.

• Open HijackThis
  
• Choose "Do a system scan only"
  
• Check the boxes in front of these lines:
  
  
  R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings,ProxyServer = http=127.0.0.1:5555
  
  
  
  
• Press "Fix Checked"
  
• Close Hijack This.
  

Remove the Proxy setting in Internet Explorer and/or in FireFox.

In Internet Explorer

1. Tools Menu -> Internet Options -> Connections Tab ->Lan Settings > uncheck "use a proxy server" or reconfigure the Proxy server again in case you have set it previously.
   

In Firefox

1. Tools Menu -> Options... -> Advanced Tab -> Network Tab -> "Settings" under Connection > Choose "No Proxy"
   
2. Click the apply button and restart that computer in normal mode.
   

Please download and run this tool.

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

• Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  
• Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
  
• The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  
• Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  
• When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Note)
  
• The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
  

Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts.
Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process.
If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.

Post the contents of the MBAM Log.

It's funny though... I can navigate through Youtube if say, I click a link off Facebook, but I go to the Home page and the Firefox (tried IE again, and it had the same results) and it gives me the error about the msvcr80 error.

So as ya can see, it's a complicated problem. I just didn't have this happen until a virus (I believe it was the Sasser worm) hit my junk and I had to use Combofix to delete it.

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  
• You may need to use two posts to get it all.
