please help me !! i cant cretae my system recovery disk it always says failed :(

I start my recovery process it takes about 40 mins then every single time it says application failed ive tried about 4 times pleeeeeeeeeeeeease help me i really want to create so i can bring my laptop back to original state.......

im not getting an error code i dont think just comes up in a box at the end then i click ok and it goes off
