i removed computer associates e-trust anti virus because it would not update so it was recomended that i install avg and now i have no icons or taskbar after i shut computer down after install. what can be wrong? i did the task manger thing and explorer.exe will not even come up even when i type it in the run area under file in task manager. i am at a total loss. i wanted to back my files up with an external click free backup but it just runs and nothing ever shows up on the screen, i don't want to loose all my picture and saved docs.
