Hello, I have a system that will not work without significant delay or error messages and there is a Malware defense scan program that will not allow me to proceed. I also have some .dll registry error messages at boot up. I have pornsite icons being placed on all user desktops in Windows xp. I also have a internet security 2010 that does an immedate scan at boot up and gives me a system infected message. Please help. I have attempted your Malware Defense software but my sysem will not run it, the system hangs up. Also, I can not access the internet from some of the desk tops, I have to set up a new administrator to access. Please advise. Thank you.

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
You may need to use two posts to get it all.
