my files does not show

i am using Nod 32 eset it scan my external drive and found some threats. now the files does not show. if you scan the drive again it shows that the anti virus is scanning alll those fiiles. how do i make it appear again? does it mean all those files are corrupted? HELP!

i think this is possible problem in your anti-virus.
are you regularly update the anti-virus?
i suggest you to use AVG or Avira antivir free ver.
anyway you download hijackthis and send log.
