DEP, Generic Host Process for win32, Axwin Frame, reboot errors and google redi

Ok so I am at my Witts ends with this PC it is windows XP Home service pack 3,I really would like to get down to the bottom of this problem. When the computer first boots i get the data execution error for the Generic Hosts Process for Win32 Service. I have gone in and played with the DEP settings with no luck. After a few minutes the AXWIN frame Window: svchost.exe Application error comes up. If i closed this error i get the DCOM reboot with a 60 second count down. I have Ran MBAM udated as of 1/29/10 and it didnt detect any thing. This PC is running Trend Micro ran a full system scan with the latest defs update it didnt find anything. In the startup there is dumprep 0-u and if i disable that the errors seem to take longer to come up. I am also have google redirects. i have checked the hosts file and there is no entries in there.

Please download and run this tool.

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

• Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  
• Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
  
• The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  
• Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  
• When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Note)
  
• The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
  

Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts.
Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process.
If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.
