I have the Antivirus Pro 2010 Virus on my laptop. I've read your instructions on how to remove it, but because I'm not computer savvy...I don't understand them. Also, I can no longer get the internet on my computer because of the virus and I just got it yesterday! Is there a store that I can buy a program from that will remove this virus before it completely destroys my computer?

Start >> run >> CMD, Reset WINSOCK entries to installation defaults by typing: netsh winsock reset catalog

Reset TCP/IP stack to installation defaults by typing: netsh int ip reset reset.log
