Infected with AntiVirus XP 2010

My computer runs on Windows XP, and I've recently picked up a rogue Anti Virus program, and I have not found a removal guide yet.

-Task Manager Works
-System Recovery is Blocked
-Malware Bytes does not run.
-There are no files in Program Files.

I really need help T_T

Post the log from ComboFix when you've accomplished that.

Edit: Actually, a system restore to before I acquired the virus worked to fix my problem.
