BankerFox.A and win32/nuqel +34 other trojans/viruses I cant

I have a computer that is running windows XP that has the BankerFox.A virus among many others, I cannot log onto the internet from it. I cant even click on most icons on the desktop because it pops up a windows security warning and says it cant open because its infected and has a do you want to fix it option, yes or no, and no matter what you click it just disappears. I have tried burning an antivirus program onto a disc from another computer and tried to load it onto this computer but it will not open that either, says its infected. So is there any other way I can manually remove the files so that I can get an antivirus loaded?

Please download the current version of HijackThis from HERE

• Double click and run the installer.
  
• It will install to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\hijackthis.exe
  
• After installing, you should get the user agreement, press accept and Hijack This will run.
  
• Select Do a system scan and save a log file. This will open a notepad file of everything Hijack This found, copy and paste it back here.
  

I have tried to download many different things. These viruses have my computer so messed up that I cannot open anything, not even a web browser without a security pop up that closes out anything I manage to get open. Is there a way to manually delete files without using the internet browser?

Not really, cause I don't know what's going on.
Can you download tools from another machine and carry them over from USB?

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  
• You may need to use two posts to get it all.
