Beautiful mistake with RAID controler

Hi guys! I'm in deep poopoo and need your opinion on this.......
I explain, got my self 2 new Caviar Black HD, now, when i went to setup my RAID for them i mistaken and put the RAID 5 for them and it took my backup HD in it!!!!! Obviously, i had 5yrs of stuff on it and now i can't access it anymore Is there a soft to recover the lost data from the drive????? I didn't reformat the HD in question and unplugged it from my machine in case off!!! Any opinion on this would be appreciated

These kind of over writes are usually beyond recovery. Even if you can recover the files, it will only be a mere 1-10% recovery rate.
