slow video streaming

My video streaming is almost non existant. I have Vista and tried turning off harware excelleration but it won't let me. Have cleaned all temp files with ccleaner still nothing. Anything you can think of?

Hi, you have pretty nice speed. This could be caused by Old or Bad installation of Flash Player.

Just visit Adobe Flash Player website, and download installation from here :
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Have you tried to clean out your flash player cache. You can try to clear your cache and delete it. That might fix the problem!!!

I suggest you post your HijackThis here and ask the moderators here to check the running processes. Some programs like utorrent might be hogging your bandwith. Also, what kind of videos are you streaming, HD videos? This might be a cause of slow streaming too.
