Internet Security 2010

I've been infected with Internet Security 2010 and now i cant sign into my computer, i click on my user name and then it logs me in then it logs me right off i cant even get to my desktop. Also, can't boot up iin safe mode, but have been able to get to DOS. Can you help?

• Download The Avira AntiVir Rescue System from Antivir.de.
  
• Just double-click on the rescue system package to burn it to a CD/DVD.
  
• Then please use that CD/DVD with Avira Rescue System to boot your computer.

You'll get a boot option to either boot from hard drive or AntiVir Rescue System.


Press the number 2 on your keyboard to boot into AntiVir Rescue System.

Please wait until drivers are loaded and Main menu shows. Then please select the second option “Scan your system with AntiVir” and hit Enter.


Under Configuration, please select Scan all files, Try to repair infected files and Rename files if they cannot be removed?.


Then please start the scan.

The Avira AntiVir Rescue System wil now

• repair a damaged system,
  
• rescue data,
  
• scan the system for virus infections.

It's not working for me. The screen with the boot option to either boot from hard drive or AntiVir Rescue System never happens. When I'm booting up using the disk, something flashes on the screen but the continues booting to windows xp and when the user menu comes up it will quickly log off,

Rinse, lather, repeat.

Any other suggestions?

I'm going to try reburning the CD.
