My wife has a Dell MINI 9 for general internet shoppoing and stuff. A virus attached to a 'Personal Security' site has appeared on her machine. It won't let me do anything. It just tells me to pay and register. I have tried to contact you guys on it but the virus throws me off your site saying it's an unsafe site and to purchase this 'Personal Security' software Licence. It won't let me do a restore as it says I don't have the permissions. It won't let me go into the 'Add/Remove Programmes either. I can't download 'Search & Destroy' again it says it's Unsafe Web Page. This also applies to ComboFix. I am stuck, can you please assist. Also if you ask me to go into 'safe mode' I can't seem to do that either on this MINI 9.
Any ideas?
