One of my friends has installed PC Health Kit. Has anyone used this? I don't know the value of this product. He already has CCleaner installed. I cannot find any reliable reviews about this product.

Yeah, stay away fron it. It's not needed. I'd also be careful wirg CCleaner. I've seen it screw up machines when the registry cleaner was used. It's temp cleaner is OK.
