winlogon.exe will not run

My computer is infected with Antivirus Live. The virus is preventing me from running nearly every .exe file and icon on my desktop (including the winlogon.exe file provided by Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.42). Is there anything I can do to correct this problem?

Please download the current version of HijackThis from HERE

• Double click and run the installer.
  
• It will install to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\hijackthis.exe
  
• After installing, you should get the user agreement, press accept and Hijack This will run.
  
• Select Do a system scan and save a log file. This will open a notepad file of everything Hijack This found, copy and paste it back here.
  

Thanks for the quick response. I'm working from a second computer because the infected computer cannot access the internet anymore. I clicked on the "Here" link to download Hijack this on the second computer and received a 404 page not found error message. What is the URL for the Hijack this download, and can I provide you with the information you need to diagnose the problem from a second computer?
