X instead of picture

A lot of times I get a notice of a picture .but only thing there is a square with a red X in the corner. when I try to view the picture, I right click on the X then click on show picture but nothing happens .

so how do you get to see pictures instead of the red X

Red X usually means the picture doesn't exist on the server, or the server is down.

Somtime it means you need to update your flash player, jave and shockwave programs. Sometimes you need to check the security levels you have set.
